Susan Scott-Parker is the founder and chief executive of Employers’ Forum on Disability (EFD), the world’s leading employers’ organisation focussed on disability as it affects business. EFD’s more than 400 members, including 120 global companies, employ around 20 per cent of the UK workforce. Since its establishment in 1991, EFD members have worked closely with disabled people, government and other stakeholders, making it easier to employ disabled people and serve disabled customers. read more
