Associates
The Forum has 20 Associates or 'honorary' members, all outstanding disabled individuals from a variety of professions, appointed because of their business experience and their desire to work in partnership with the Forum and the business community.
Associates act as advisors and ambassadors contributing to Breakfast Briefings, seminars and publications. Forum chief executive, Susan Scott-Parker, says:
“Our relationship with our disabled Associates is fundamental to our work and our reputation. It is vital for us to work in partnership with disabled individuals, all authorities in their own fields. Attitudes will only change when employees and disabled people meet face to face and work together. Our Associates are a unique resource for us, and for all our members.”
