For nearly two decades, EFD's training and events have been making it easier to share best practice on disability. We run a comprehensive programme of practical and solutions based training and events designed to help you raise awareness of the business, legal and ethical cases for addressing disability, to engage colleagues and to ensure that your processes and procedures are barrier free.

Our training and events aren't just based on delegate feedback, but on the work we do at EFD, listening to and anticipating our members' needs as businesses and employers.

Many of our events are free to EFD members. Our members also benefit from a discounted rate on paying events. Paying events are open to non-member organisations and individuals.

The majority of our events are hosted by our members, throughout the UK, however we will consider applications to host from non-member companies. Discover how hosting one of our events can benefit your organisation.
