Why join?

The Employers' Forum on Disability is the authoritative employers' voice on disability as it affects business. We are a not-for-profit membership organisation, funded and led by almost 400 private and public sector members, which between them employ circa 25% of the UK workforce.

We make it easier for our members to recruit and retain disabled employees, serve disabled customers and work in partnership with disabled stakeholders.

We work to the mutual benefit of employers and disabled people, providing expert guidance on all aspects of disability as it affects business. Our work is based firmly in the business and ethical case for positioning disability as both a business and equal rights priority. The Forum is widely recognised for setting the standard for disability best practice in the UK.
