New regulation taking effect on Friday 6 April

On Friday April 6 2007 new rights will be given to employees that care for a disabled or chronically ill friend or relative. This new law will cover an extra 2.6 million carers.

The Employers' Forum on Disability has prepared a document that outlines what this means to our members, and also provides a number of web links that our members can use to find out more.
